Reasons for system slow & corruption of Operating System

what is operating sytem?

A operating system is a platform for the execution of any application such as songs, videos, games, Excel files, Antivirus & many other applications.

Operating system installed on system should run smoothly atleast an year without any disturbance. But all it depends on how we are using the system.

Many peoples have tendency to work on multiples applications at same time but they don't bothered to close that application after the job is over. Instead they open other application for other work. As a result CPU utilization, Ram utilization & Hard disk utilization increases. When multiple applications are opened simultaneously there are chances that some application might not opened properly or working properly orinterrupted in middle by user or by other means. This results in a system slow, system hanged when the limit is touched or crossed & sometimes corruption of Operating system.

For example, If  7 excel files are opened simultaneously of different sizes, Outlook express is also opened, Antivirus is running. Now instead of closing excel files after job is over or outlook express user opened  4 word files , 2 powerpoint files etc. Now at present scenario system is performing the heavy duty. If these goes on frequently then it will effect the O.S. All of suden if Antivirus get corrupted then what , sytem hanged. If limits is crossed then what
ystem slow or system hanged. People go for higher configuration talking only one thing fast but they forget that system is a machine & it also has life. It gives performance when it is handled in a proper way. otherwise it will melt down doesn't matter whatever the configuration is.

Note: If a heavy load is put on the human being or animal one fine day they will  panic. The same thing is with the system. In today world life is fast but speaking fast doesn't mean fast. Fast means thinking in a proper way which enhances the performance.
